Qualification of Employees
There are over 2000 professional
translators and interpreters in TRANSEXPERT who possess proficient
linguistic ability, well-knit expertise, and rich translation experiences.
We have several project teams of performance and each team leader
himself/herself is both linguistic expert and industry professional
accordingly. They hold both the ability of operation and coordination,

Control of Translation And Revision
To ensure the quality
of translation, we carry out two-times revision system, all documents
need strict technical and linguistic revision for two times, which
respectively checked and approved by industry professionals and
linguistic experts. Proofreaders are composed of those translators
who possess a senior technical title, pass corresponding quality
assessment and have an earnest, responsible attitude.
We always enforce the
established quality control system rigidly, and all translators

Standard: percentage
of misunderstanding and omitting is under 0.1¡ë, tiny literal mistakes
are under2¡ë. (General standard of national press and publishing)
Reference: percentage
of misunderstanding and omitting is under 2¡ë, tiny literal mistakes
are under 10¡ë.
Definition
and calculation method of all mistakes:
Mistranslation: completely
mistranslation in expression resulted from misunderstanding the
original text; or incorrect grammar or sentence structure which
result in obscure, cramped, even wrong expressions; or misuse of
words and expressions which do not accord with jargons or client's
requirement.
Omitting: Omitting whole
sentences or paragraphs by mistake or on purpose.
Tiny literal mistakes:
sentence can express the idea accurately but the manner of writing
isn't fluent and elegant, or with incompact structure, seldom used
or awkward-sounding, or a few verbal not accord with general criterion
of jargons or not accord with translation requirements that clients
offered, or mistakes of punctuation, upper-lower case, and numbers,
or a few words or phrases in some sentences has not been translated,
etc.
Calculation Method: all
kinds of mistakes will be calculated according to the amount of
mistakes. Error Rate is the amount of mistakes per thousand words
in translation text. One mistake repeated by three times will be
regarded as one mistake.
